Microglial differentiation: A postdoc stay at Whitehead Insitute/MIT was finalised ultimo January 2019. At MIT/Whitehead Institute differentiation of DDI-patient-derived induced pluripotent stem cells to microglial cells and neuroprogentior cells were performed. Exposure experiments were done, and data analysed using qPCR, live imaging, confocal microscopy and ELISA. The material from this will be the major part of at least two papers, and contribute to additional papers and planned experiments. Differentiation of patient-derived pluripotent stem cells to microglial cells has not been performed by any other Norwegian group yet.
