Barneleddgikt i Norden- en kohortstudie med fokus på regnbuehinnebetennelse, livskvalitet og prognose

Prosjektet med protokoller og informasjons- og samtykkeskriv er sendt til BURG, Barne- og ungdomsrevmatikergruppen i NRF (Norsk revmatikerforening), med ønske om en vurdering fra brukerorganisasjonen. I dialogen som fulgte fikk vi verdifulle innspill, spesielt når det gjaldt utforming av samtykkeskriv. BURG hadde også innspill angående presisering av mulige fordeler for deltakerne. Norsk revmatikerforbund har en periode finansiert prosjektsykepleieren i Tromsø med fondsmidler fra BURG. Prosjektsykepleier holder kontakt med deltakende barn, ungdom og foreldre og bringer synspunkter inn i møtene til styringsgruppen. Resultatene av studien formidles til brukerne gjennom regelmessige kurs som holdes for barn, foreldre og ressurspersoner, i samarbeid mellom Barne- og ungdomsklinikken og Lærings- og mestringssenteret i Tromsø. I planlegging og evaluering av disse kursene er brukerrepresentant alltid med. Vi har 1-2 kurs/år, og på hvert kurs inngår informasjon om gjennomførte og pågående studier Brukerrepresentant og administrasjonen sentralt i BURG har deltatt i 2 felles møter i regi av NAKBUR i løpet av året der prosjektet har vært diskutert. Det jobbes parallelt med å få etablert lokale brukerrepresentanter som kan delta direkte i forsknings-møter på UNN for å styrke brukermedvirkning og samarbeid ytterligere. Resultater / oppdatering fra prosjektet er presentert og diskutert på tverrfaglig nettverkskonferanse i revmatologi i Helse Nord høst 2018 med aktiv brukerdeltakelse.
